Bubbly Peach Bellini Mini Course
This mini course was inspired by my 50,000 subscriber project that I did for my Youtube channel. I wanted to celebrate by making something big, and you know me, I love a good theme! I decided to go with some 50k balloons made completely out of chocolate. Of course, I wanted to make matching bonbons. That’s where I came up with the theme of champagne—to celebrate! If you don’t know, a peach bellini is made with peach puree, a bit of raspberry puree, and champagne, so that is the drink that inspired the filling flavors for these. I hope that you love them : )

Just a heads-up before you jump in... This course is for chocolate-makers who already know how to temper both chocolate and cocoa butter. The gold bubbly effect requires an airbrush to create. You’ll also need some basic chocolate supplies including a heat gun and a stick blender or food processor.
